Refund and Returns Policy for VOLTSOPIC

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a clear and easy return process.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, perishable goods, or items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

We will provide you with instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged items.

3. Refund Process

After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If the return is accepted, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: If the item is not in its original condition, we may issue a partial refund.
  • Rejected Returns: If the return does not meet the policy requirements, the item may be returned to you.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Non-Defective Items: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we made an error in your order.
